Our Lord spoke of THE new birth from heaven, the breath of heaven.

The “Ruach HaKodesh.” “Holy Wind, or breath”

Isaiah refers to the 7-fold witness of the Spirit.

The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,
The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The Spirit of counsel and might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.  Isaiah 11:2

The breath of heaven brings the Believer’s New Birth
